Arena Seating at Wembley Stadium

The first seated concert at the new Wembley Stadium marked the 10th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death, with Arena Seating installing ten thousand seats to seat the audience on the hallowed pitch. The event to celebrate her life was conceived by Princes William and Harry and the diversity reflected Diana’s love for the arts and music.

Arena Seating Operations Director, Terry Smith managed the operation to install 10,457 Samsonite seats onto the covered pitch. The Arena Seating team worked for 2 days to ensure the exact seating layout was achieved ready for the concert.
